Simple Pen is an original 2-in-1 sequential discovery puzzle. I designed it to be more than just a puzzle, it’s a true collectible piece, meant to find its perfect place on your desk and be a part of your everyday life. Each piece is crafted from high-quality materials to create an object that is really comfortable to manipulate and use.
From puzzling point of view, the Simple Pen is pleasantly challenging and incorporates several very interesting and innovative mechanisms. First, you will have the display case, it’s a 5 step puzzle box whose objective is to access the pen hidden inside. At this point, the first puzzle is fully solved, but the second is just beginning. In fact, once you have the pen in hand, you will quickly realize that it doesn’t work. Your objective will be to understand and solve the 6 steps of this puzzle in order to get the pen to write. Once solved, both the box and the pen can be kept in solved positition so that they can be used as a regular box and pen.
The two puzzles are completly independante of one another. The tools find in one must not be used for the other. For both, no spinning, no force, no hitting and no external tools.
All parts are designed, machined and assembled in France by myself, using solid stainless steel, brass and anodized aluminum. This puzzle is limited to 100 numbered and engraved piece and there will be no reissue.

Simple Lock 1

Simple Lock 1 is an original sequential discovery puzzle. With 8 steps to solve, this lock is challenging, surprising and enjoyable. Like all puzzle locks, the objective is to open the shackle and close it back as in its original position. No force, no tool shaped nail, no hitting, no external tools. All parts are machined and assembled in France from solid stainless steel and anodized aluminum. Limited edition to 150 puzzles in total.

Simple Lock 2 is an original sequential discovery puzzle. On the outside, it looks just like its big brother the Simple Lock 1 (although experts will notice a few differences). On the inside, however, you'll find an entirely new resolution, with a 7-steps mechanism. This pleasantly challenging puzzle is specially designed for lock fans. The objective is to open the shackle and then close it back as in its original position. No force or lockpicking techniques, no external tools.
All parts are machined and assembled in France from solid stainless steel and anodized aluminum. Limited edition to 100 puzzles in total.

Simple Box 1 is an original sequential discovery puzzle. It has everything you'd like from a Simple Lock. A refined style, noble materials and a meticulous finish, as well as pleasant and interesting mechanisms. Although this puzzle is intented to be slightly more accessible, you'll find 6 entirely new and challenging solving steps. The aim, as you might guess, is to open the box, and then close it back.
